Any time 你 have questions, concerns, or 你 not sure about something, 你 can reach out to 你r coach. They will either help 你 with a direct solution or connect 你 to services on campus that can best 协助 你. Your Success Coach is here to guide 你 and support 你 so that 你 can be as successful as possible!

What is the difference between a
Success Coach and an Academic Counselor?
Connect with a caseload of students through individual and group meetings
Refer students to appropriate on and off-campus resources
支持 students in preparing for counseling meetings and professor office hours
Outreach to students through multiple forms of communication (email, phone, text, Canvas message, etc.)
Connect with students through individual 表达 or 45-minute appointments, depending on student needs
Refer students to appropriate on and off-campus resources
Develop individualized educational plans
Keep informed of all PCC degree and transfer requirements for UC’s, CSU’s, private/ out-of-state schools
